Hi mama, I'm Paris. I'm a California girl with European roots. After traveling the world far and wide in my mid 20’s, I created a family and gave birth to our son in Denver, Colorado. Now, my family and I have settled in sunny Santa Rosa. I'm an artist, and have the deepest passion for movement of all kinds.

Mother Ruckus was born out of a dark period in my life. It emerged from a deep need and longing for genuine mama-sister friends and to create a space and container for mama magic to happen. Not to mention a big shout out to women who inspired Mother Ruckus: MFT_Moms Feelin Themselves, in Denver, CO, who have been providing moms with a safe space in meaningful conversation and on the dance floor.

Movement is healing, movement is medicine, and above all, dancing your heart out with other moms who understand our seasons of life is a priceless, magical and nourishing experience. We all know the transformative power of taking a moment, a day, or a night for ourselves to recharge our souls and the cherry on top is, we show up better for our little worlds at home.
